About Deron
Why He Wants To Make
A Difference

When Deron was young there was a member of his community that allowed him and other kids to play in the gymnasium rather than be in the streets. This lead to him being able to focus on football and later be recruited by the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Chiefs for 11 years and was named to six Pro Bowls, was a five-time All-Pro, awarded the Byron “Whizzer” White NFL Man of the Year Award and the Chiefs NFL Man of the Year selection. After the many years, Kansas City fans and the community had supported Deron, he wanted to give back to it and so started the foundation! |
